Eglise Saint-Pierre des Liens

Historic site and monument, Registered and listed sites, Church in Sarran
  • The inscription in tiny Gothic letters on the keystone of the first bay, Anno Domini 1409 (the Radiant Gothic period), suggests a date of construction. In fact, it was originally the chapel of the now-defunct château built by the DE GIMEL family.

Listed 17th-century paintings: The Marriage of Cana and The Last Supper. Although anonymous, these paintings are imbued with the same sensibility as DUHAMEL's works.

Admire the ironwork on the church doors.
